Paramount Cities Limited (“Paramount Cities”) is a privately held pan African company whose primary objective is to provide a one stop suite for cities in supporting their development agenda through cities concept development, retrofit old cities and develop new cities in line with global best standards, establishment and management of modern SMART cities, undertake techno-economic feasibility studies
in respect of cities or proposed cities, provide advisory and management services on city projects and related services, undertake cities construction projects and engage in the management thereof, provide advisory services, consultation services and training programs on city development, management concepts and arrange and source for finance for city development and construction. Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, Paramount cities has operational branch offices in Washington DC and Uganda. Paramount Cities also has associate offices in Singapore, Malaysia, London, France and Dubai.
