City Leadership Continuity and Mentorship

Our aim is to build capacity of city leadership and employees through training. Each training program is fully customized to meet the city’s needs. We work with the city to design a program that is relevant to its organizational issues. We understand the city’s needs and challenges and train city leadership and employees on the key skills and knowledge that we know will make a difference.
